We are delighted to announce that on the 28th of August we were awarded the prestigious “OUTSTANDING” award from the RCVS in both Diagnostic Imaging and Client Services. We have been an independent, family run Veterinary Hospital for over 30 years and expanded our offer in 2017 to include more advanced imaging technology with the installation of our CT scanner. This extended our imaging capabilities as we already offered in house MRI scanning. More recently, we expanded our imaging services to include sonography and now have the added benefit of our video endoscopy suite. To further our offer, we have the appointment of our Referral Surgeon, Adam Kluczny MRCVS GP PgC (SAS), his knowledge and experience has enabled us to expand our Surgical Referral services to orthopaedic, soft tissue and neurosurgery.
Our dedicated team has been working hard to enable us to be able to offer accessible, affordable referral services, without compromising on quality of service. Our fixed price imaging and surgery price list allows more clients access to usually expensive procedures and advanced imaging services, an example being TPLO surgery at £1500 + VAT. With a team of highly motivated Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses and Customer Care staff, clients can be rest assured that their pet is receiving an “Outstanding” level of quality care and after care service.
Our quality service starts from first enquiry with our Business Director, James Weston Cert P(M&A), who guides you through the booking process and provides support throughout. We offer appointments within 24 hours* of contact, all imaging referrals are reported by an European Specialist within 24/48 hours of the scan taking place, we have spacious car park facilities, a private waiting area with entertainment system and free hot and cold drinks whilst you wait. If you require transportation we provide a dedicated, ambulance service.
