Will I receive updates on my pet when they are in with you?
Our inpatients nurse will ask you to download an app called PetsApp where we send you updates. You can also use this to ask questions. Alternatively, you are also welcome to call us on 01942 242001.
Do you offer payment plans?
We offer interest free credit on all surgical procedures. All you would need to do is answer a few questions over the phone to see if you qualify.
Is there somewhere I can wait while my pet is being treated?
You are welcome to wait in our spacious waiting area. We are also situated in the centre of Wigan with plenty of shops and cafes in the surrounding area. We can give you a map and direct you!
What is the difference between a full referral and an out patient?
A full referral is where your vet sends you to us and we will take over the care of your pet and do everything that is needed. An outpatient is where your vets just want to use our scanners to get a diagnosis and they will continue the care of your pet.
